Why Audience Data in Elaris Is Unique
All audiences come from first-party data gathered through Solsten’s validated psychological assessments (around 80 questions on personality, values, culture, and motivation).
There’s no scraped data or lookalike modeling. Our data is authentic and measurable human insights.
Each audience includes thousands of respondents who have opted into Solsten’s research database.
How to Search for Audiences
Open a new thread in Elaris from the left-hand menu.
In the top section labeled Audience, start typing a topic, interest, or brand name.
Example: Search surfing to explore audiences who identify as surfers.
You’ll see a list of available audiences in the Elaris database. Click one to begin exploring or chatting with that group.
Only audiences with verified first-party psychological data will appear in results.
Using the Audience Landscape
Inside each Brand Book, open the Audience Landscape section to view:
Competitor Audiences: Brands with overlapping audiences (e.g., The North Face, REI Co-op).
Market Audiences: Broader market segments relevant to your brand.
Adjacent Audiences: Interest groups that share affinities with your brand or category (e.g., adventure travelers, sustainability advocates).
Chatting with an Audience
If a Chat with this Audience button appears, you can start a direct conversation with that group.
Click the info icon beside the audience count (e.g., “3.33k fans surveyed”) to see how many people were assessed.
Elaris will use these psychological profiles to help you generate creative briefs, content ideas, or product strategies tailored to that audience.
