Creating and Using Brand Books

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Brand Books in Elaris ensure your AI-generated content always reflects your brand’s unique voice, visuals, and values across different teams and projects.

Why Brand Books Matter

AI tools like ChatGPT often “forget” brand rules or produce content that sounds generic. Elaris solves this by grounding your AI outputs in your verified brand personality, visual identity, and psychological data from real audiences.

How to Create a Brand Book

  1. Open the Brand Books tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. Click New Brand Book.

  3. Enter your company website or upload existing brand materials (PDFs, guidelines, etc.).

    • If you don’t have a website, choose Describe Your Brand to provide text references or examples from other brands.

  4. Elaris will analyze your materials and generate a full brand book within 1–3 minutes, including:

    • Brand overview and purpose

    • Core values and visual anchors (colors, tone, imagery)

    • Brand personality assessment

    • Related and competitive audiences from Elaris's 200,000+ audience database

Editing and Managing Brand Books

  • Select any existing Brand Book to edit values, colors, or descriptions.

  • Update or remove brand rules anytime. Elaris will automatically apply them to future content generation.

  • Each Brand Book connects to your audience data, ensuring content speaks authentically to the right people.

Applying Your Brand Voice

When creating ad copy, creative briefs, or product strategies, Elaris automatically references your Brand Book and audience psychology. This ensures every output is on-brand, consistent, and emotionally aligned with your audience’s motivations.
