It is possible to add a limited number of questions to the assessment, typically no more than 2-3. That way, we can ensure the validity and reliability of the psychological data we measure for you are not affected.

How do we ensure a representative sample and also measure the profiles of people who typically don't take "surveys"?
The participants in the Solsten assessment tend to skew slightly toward your engaged audience - which is neither good nor bad, just something to be mindful of. Most of our customers choose to offer an incentive for players to participate, which tends to further broaden the sample to accurately represent your entire audience. We typically do not see an entire cohort of users who don't take the assessment at all - everyone ends up being represented. Non-assessment takers can also be psychologically mapped through behavioral data once the assessment has been run and the audience personas have been established.

The Traits360 assessment can be deployed in different ways. The most effective way in terms of achieving high completion rates is in app/game, followed by a website intercept (for logged in users), and email. It can also be deployed in social communities like Discord, for example.
When deployed in app/game, users can be prompted as early as on their second day (D2) in their journey. The prompt is most impactful when it's preceded by a win state or a positive moment the user has just experienced.
