Slack message to the team (Pro license only)
Feedback module in the platform (Pro license only)
Posting feedback to Slack (Pro license)
Once you complete your purchase of a Pro license, you’ll receive an email from Elaris with an invite link to the Slack community. After gaining access, you can post issues, feedback, and new ideas in the relevant channels within the community.
Sharing feedback from the platform (Pro license)
If you’re on a Pro license, you can submit feedback directly within the platform by clicking the Feedback tab on the right side of your browser window. You can then select if the feedback is a bug, issue, or general feedback.
